It took us eight years to develop the mod. F1, a knife that is in use today with the Swedish Air Force as a survival knife. The result from extensive fieldtesting, carried out on hot summer days and ice-cold winter nights, was an advanced, well-designed and safe knife, where strength and modern design go hand-in-hand. The fact that it is also very well thought of by the civilian market testifies to its incredible versatility. The combination of resilient, laminate special steel and sure grip is attractive to most. Many get on very well with this knife, which over the years has become something of a signature for our company. Is there a better knife this size?
We are pleased to present yet another new version of our bestseller F1, now with a blade in the new special steel Lam. VGWolf. It differs from other stainless special steels by its unusually high content of tungsten (1.25%) and it leads to a knife that keeps the sharpness better than most and is a little stronger. The two F1 versions Lam. VG10W and Lam. VGWolf will be sold in parallel in 2022 and 2023.
